I have a legal background within international business. Educated and trained as a Legal mediator at the acknowledged ADR-Institute in Amsterdam. Specialized in Workplace/Employment mediation and CEDR (Centre for effective dispute resolution in London) accredited Business mediator.
As a mediator, I help parties at the mediation table to discuss in depth and explore what really matters to them, their interests, behind the positions taken by them. So that they can get to understand each other and can, through negotiating together, find a solution acceptable to both and wich meets their respective interests.
